TO BE ADDED TO THE MICT SETA PREFERRED SERVICE PROVIDER DATABASE
National and Provincial Supplier Database
In order to comply with the requirements of the Public Finance Management Act 1999 (PFMA) and to ensure compliance with the
Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act 2000 (PPPFA) and its regulations, the MICT SETA invites prospective service
providers to be added in one or more of the following categories either nationally or provincially.

Submission Requirements
 All applications must be on the standard template which will be available on www.isett.org.za or from MICT SETA head office or
MICT SETA regional offices.
 All submissions must be forwarded to Gugu Maseko at 19 Richards Drive, Gallagher House, West Wing, 3rd Level, Block 2,
Halfway House, 1685 or posted to P O Box 5585 Halfway House, 1685
 No e-mailed or faxed submissions will be accepted
All enquiries with regard to submissions must be in writing and addressed to gugu.maseko@mict.org.za. No briefing sessions will
be held and the MICT SETA reserves the right to the final selection of suppliers and to conduct site visits where
deemed necessary.
NO LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED
