No communication with our chosen judges is allowed ~ if you are found to be doing this; you will face immediate disqualification and will forfeit your entry fees. 2. Strictly No Dogs. 3. No Smoking on showground unless in designated areas. 4. The judge’s decision is FINAL. Any abuse towards judges or officials will result in immediate disqualification. 5. GWC Equestrian Centre shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury or accident to any person, horse or property. 6. No entry will be accepted without the correct entry fee. Phone entries will not be accepted. 7. Entry fees cannot be refunded unless a Doctors or Vets certificate is presented and dated after the date of entry. 8. BSI standard PAS105, EN1384 and ASTMf1163 hard hats must be worn at all times when mounted. Top hats are allowed in Concours d’Elegance classes by entrances over the age of 18 years. 9. No trotting or cantering will be allowed in any public area, only in the designated warm up area. 10. Stirrups must be run up or crossed over the saddle when not mounted. 11. Juniors 16 years and under are not allowed to wear spurs 12. Stallions or Colts must not be led/ridden by anyone under the age of 14 years. 13. All ridden horses/ponies must be 4 years old or over. 14. All horses and ponies should have 3rd party and public liability insurance. 15. Any objections to a ruling of an event must first be lodged with a £20 deposit at the secretary’s tent. 16. The organisers reserve the right to be able to amend, change or cancel any class in the schedule. 17. The organisers reserve the right to stop/prevent a horse/pony competing at any point for whatever reason. 18. No Litter to be left anywhere and mucking out of horseboxes/trailers in the lorry park is strictly forbidden.
