Born in Preston Twp. New London CT. Father: William Bliss, Mother: Ann. 1860 Lucas Co. Monclova Census - living just with Robert and the Martin (sp?) family. 1870 Monclova Census: Peres S. Bliss Age 62, laborer born in Connecticut. Column 19 is checked with a 1. Wife Julia age 55 born in New York. In 1850, Peres is found with children Robert age 9 and William age 10 but Angeline is not listed. They are living with the Wm. Marshall family, William's wife's name is Julia. Angeline must have been deceased at that time if her info is correct and Peres later married this Julia. 1870 census shows Peres, Julia and 2 Marshall children: Ellen age 19 and Unknown Male age 20. Notes for Angeline Matilda Burdo or Bordeaux Must have died prior to 1850 as Peres is found with William and Robert living with the Marshall family. Could not locate Peres in the 1840 Waynesfield census.
