Now under construction by The Clark Construction Group, Inc., for a partnership controlled by Greenebaum & Rose and Clark Enterprises. Inc., the eight-story. 213,000 square-foot Class A office building will provide tenants the amenities expected in to day's commercial real estate market. Three levels of above-grade parking include space for over 700 vehicles. Designed by Davis, Carter, Scott of McLean, Va., the exterior office facade complements the adjacent offices and hotel in the 16-parcel development with three finishes of architectural precast, a corner curtainwall system and ribbon and punched windows. The main two-story lobby with finishes including three types of polished marble and sycamore veneer welcomes tenants and visitors to the upscale office building. Two-story corner curtainwall systems and a glass and steel enclosed mezzanine balcony provide a view of the entrance and first floor lobby. With its adjacent four-acre award winning park and sculptures highlighting landscaped courtyards, the Dulles Corner Office Park will offer first-class office space in a peaceful setting. Tenants also will have access to the Hyatt Dulles Hotel exercise facility and Orvilles Corporate cafeteria, both located with in the office park. In addition to Clark and the architect, the project team includes Edaw of Alexandria. Va., landscape architect; Fernandez and Associates of Falls Church. Va. structural engineer; TOLK of Fairfax. Va. mechanical/electrical engineers; and Urban Engineers of Annandale, Va., civil engineer. Completion is scheduled for March 2001.
