To give General principles of property law, basic information, concepts and principles.
This course aims to analyze the relationship between the natural person and property. The
course consists of the explanations over possession, real rights of property and land
registry.
The end of this course, students;
Learning
-define basic-concepts relevant to the Property Law.
Outcomes
-describe the elements of possessory.
-explain the difference between of Right of Possession and other properties of the
elements.
-Right of Possession and the elements of assessment will apply to specific- events.
