The Minister of Environment,
Law No. 21 of 2004 concerning Ministers, as amended by Law No. 12 of 2010;
Emiri Resolution No. 29 of 1996 on the Council of Ministers Resolutions submitted to the Emir for
Having perused
ratification and issuance;
Emiri Resolution No. 16 of 2009 assigning the competencies of the Ministries;
Emiri Resolution No. 39 of 2009 on the organisational structure of the Ministry of Environment; and
The adoption by Council of Ministers Resolution No. 11 of 2011 of the draft of this resolution in its regular meeting held on
16 March 2011;
Hereby resolves the following:
Articles
Article 1
A fee of one hundred (100) Riyals shall be determined against the water delivery service to
owners of livestock.
Article 2
The beneficiary shall have the right to choose between water delivery service or the disbursement of water coupons.
Article 3
All competent authorities, each within its jurisdiction, shall enforce this Resolution which shall
come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
