Regulations 2006
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to amend the
Livestock Disease Control Regulations 1995 as a
consequence of the enactment of the
Infringements Act 2006.
2. Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 139 of
the Livestock Disease Control Act 1994.
3. Miscellaneous amendments
In the Livestock Disease Control Regulations
19951—
(a) in regulation 42, for "127" substitute "129";
(b) regulation 43 is revoked.
