 Conducted 43 qualitative interviews with community leaders, scholars, activists, politicians, and residents in two sites.

 Native speaker of and fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (reading and writing). Proficient in French.
 Public relations, event management, and grant writing experience. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and PageMaker.
