IPAC’s 2012-2013 Informational Packet for Dancers:
All Classes Begin the Week of September 10th, 2012!

Annual Registration Fees:
- $35 per child
- $50 per family
For Dance Classes Only (see acting section for acting costume info):
 All dancers must register for their recommended level. Please look below at class level
recommendation details for more information. New to the studio? Call us with any
questions. We’re here to help!

Our Hassle-Free 2-Tier Costume Payment Program & Package:
To ensure wonderful costume prices, we order our costumes early in the year (the
earlier we order, the less you pay!). We will begin our 2-Tier Costume Payment
Program in September. Your costume package price includes your tights and accessories
for the recital, no surprise add-ons! All costume payments will be automatically
deducted from your account.
First Payment – September 1st
Second Payment – October 1st




Costume Pricing for 2012-2013
3-9 years - $60 per costume – 2-Tier -- $30 per month for 2 months
10 and up - $64 per costume – 2-Tier -- $32 per month for 2 months
For the Christmas show, we require an $8 t-shirt fee. This will be included in your 2-tier
payments and automatically deducted from your account – Sept 1st, add on $4 & Oct 1st,
add on $4.
Some classes have more than one costume. Please see class listing for total number of
costumes.

Levels of Dance Classes:
Pre-K (Ages 3 to 4): For preschoolers, their introduction to dance.
Level 1 (Ages 5 to 9): For children who are at the beginning level of dance, or children who
have had a few years off of dance and would like to start again.
Level 2 (Ages 5 to 10): For the dancer with a great foundation looking for more of a challenge
in dance class; if 7 or up, this can also be a level to start, call studio to discuss.
Level 2 (Ages 9 and up): Children age 9 and up can begin at Level 2 due to their
developmental level and comprehension ability of new movement material. This level is also for
the dancer with a great foundation looking for more of a challenge in dance class.
Level 2 & 3 Combo Classes (Ages 7 and up): This level is for those who are advanced
beginners striving for more of an intermediate level of dance. This level starts out as advanced
beginner and then progresses to the intermediate level by the end of the season.

Level 3 (Ages 9 and up): This level is designed for the intermediate and advanced-intermediate
dancer with a greater knowledge, understanding and capability in dance. Can be genre specific
based on his/her experience.
Level 4 (Ages 10 and up): This level is only for the advanced-intermediate and advanced
dancers per their age. This level focuses on the more intricate choreography, timing concepts
and quick study. Dancers will be challenged in each class to not only do the steps, but create
the lines, the emotion and the precision that is asked of them.
Performance Troupe/Tap Troupe: Same as Level 4, with progression to Level 5; more
performance opportunities – participation in competition and volunteer performances, in
addition to the shows and recitals. Level focuses on the more intricate choreography, timing
concepts and quick study. Dancers will be challenged in each class to not only do the steps,
but create the lines, the emotion and the precision that is asked of them.
Level 5: This level is specific for ballet and Pointe classes. Dancers will work on further
developing their Pointe skills through technique and increased time En Pointe, as well as
developing greater artistry through learning famous ballet variations.
For Dance, Art & Acting Classes:
 Tuition Rates for the 2012-2013 Season
 45 minute class - $55 per month -- $495 yearly
 1-hour class - $65 per month -- $585 yearly
 1-hour & 15 minute class - $70 per month -- $630 yearly
 1-hour & 30 minute class - $75 per month -- $675 yearly
 Tap Troupe - $80 per month -- $720 yearly
 Performance Troupe - $205 per month -- $1,845 yearly
 Adult Classes – $32 per month.
 All classes are paid in monthly tuition and are automatically deducted from your
account on the 1st of every month.
For Music Classes:




Tuition Rates for the 2012-2013 Season
30-minute private lessons at $22, $88 per month -- $792 yearly (9 mos. – Sept-May)
1 hour private lessons at $37, $148 per month -- $1,332 yearly (9 mos. – Sept-May)
$30 materials fee for method book, if necessary by instructor.

All private music lessons are paid in monthly tuition and are automatically
deducted from your account on the 1st of every month. Families can also opt to
pay in full for 9-month season.
