1) As per PPA-2006, PPR-2008,
2) The Minimum period of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works shall be as per TDS.
3) The required number of similar contract (s) completed shall be as per TDS.
4) The required average annual turn over as per TDS.
5) The Minimum Tender Capacity shall be as per TDS.
6) The minimum amount of free funds(liquid assets)/credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of
the successful tenderer shall be as per TDS.
7) Tenderer shall have to submit Attested copy of Trade Licence, Latest Income Tax Clearance Certificate &
Latest VAT Clearance Certificate with the tender.
8) Tenderer shall have to fulfill the requirements of TDS.
