As per PPA-2006, PPR-2008.
The Minimum period of general experience of the tenderer in the
Electrical works shall be 5 years.
c) The required number of similar contract (s) completed shall be 1(one)
over a period of last 5 years as par TDS.
d) The required average annual turnover as per TDS.
e) The Minimum Tender Capacity shall be as per TDS.
f)
The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets)/credit facilities net of
other contractual commitments of the successful tenderer shall be as per
TDS.
g) Tenderer shall have to submit attested Copy of Valid Trade License, ABC
License, Income Tax Certificate & VAT Certificate with the tender.
h) Tenderer shall have to fulfill the requirements of TDS and others
condition for related work.
i) The Tender security money payable to Mayor Dhaka South City
Corporation in the form of pay order / Bank draft / Bank Guarantee from
any schedule Bank of Bangladesh along with the Tender.
j)
Tender documents can be collected by submitting the price of tender
document through chalan to Current A/C 201783 of Sonali Bank Ltd.

i) Tender Security is to be furnished in the form of Bank Draft/Pay order in
favour of Mayor, Dhaka South City Corporation from any schedule Bank
along with the Tender documents.
ii) The Procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all
tenders.
iii) The provisions laid down in the PPR 2008 shall be in strict compliance.
iv) In the event of unavoidable circumstances, If the selling, receiving &
opening of the tender cannot be done on above mentioned date, the next
normal working day will be treated as the valid date of selling, receiving
and opening of the tender respectively, The time & Place remain
unchanged.
