Harvest Festival Beauty Pageants Sponsored By: Alpha Eta Chapter, ESA Newport, Tennessee DATE: Saturday, October 5, 2013 PLACE: East Broadway side of the Cocke County Courthouse Baby Pageants The cost for all entrants in the Baby Pageants will be thirty dollars ($30.00). These pageants are open to both boys and girls, 0-23 months. 10:00 0 to 6 month girls (BABY DOLL HARVEST QUEEN) 7 to 12 month girls (BABY MISS HARVEST QUEEN) 0 to 12 month boys (BABY MASTER HARVEST KING) 13 to 23 month girls (MINI TOT HARVEST QUEEN) 13 to 23 month boys (MINI MASTER HARVEST KING) Babies may model in the outfit of their choice. Baby winners will receive a sash, trophy, and crown. First and second runners-up will receive trophies. All other contestants will receive a participation trophy. Children Pageants The cost for all entrants in the Children’s Pageants will be thirty dollars ($30.00). These pageants are open to girls and boys, ages 2-5 years. 1:30 2 to 3 year old girls (TINY MISS HARVEST QUEEN) 4 to 5 year old girls (WEE MISS HARVEST QUEEN) 2 to 5 year old boys (TINY MASTER HARVEST KING) Children are requested to model in pageant dress attire. Children’s winners will receive a sash, trophy, and crown. First and second runners-up will receive a trophy. All other contestants will receive a participation trophy. Queen Pageants The cost for all entrants in the Queen Pageants will be thirty dollars ($30.00). These pageants are open to girls, ages 6-15 years. 2:30 6 to 8 year old girls (LITTLE MISS HARVEST QUEEN) 9 to 11 year old girls (JUNIOR MISS HARVEST QUEEN) 12 to 15 year old girls (TEEN MISS HARVEST QUEEN) Contestants in the Queen contests are requested to model in pageant attire. The winner of each division will receive a sash, crown, and trophy. First and second runner-ups will receive a trophy. All other contestants will receive a participation trophy. **NEW IN 2013 Prettiest Dress in each Age Division - Add $5.00 to Entry Fee Winner will receive a small crown! All contestants will model on stage individually as well as be presented as a group. PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED in order to participate for the cost of $30.00. If you choose to register the day of the pageant, there will be a $5.00 late fee and no guarantee of a participation trophy the day of the event. If participation trophies run out, they will be given out the following week. The Registration deadline is thirty (30) minutes before the scheduled time for the pageant to begin. The first to enter will be the last to model. The undersigned assumes all responsibility for all risk of damage or injury that may occur to the undersigned during participation in the Newport Harvest Street Festival. In consideration of being accepted as a participant in the event, the undersigned hereby releases and discharges the Cocke County Partnership and the City of Newport, Cocke County their members, boards, volunteers, employees and agents from all claims, demands, right of causes of actions, present or future, whether known, anticipated or unanticipated, and resulting from or arising out of or incident to the undersigned’s participation in the street festival. If applicant shall not have attained the age of legal majority (18 years), the signature of a parent or guardian shall also be required.
