PITTSBURG 2011: BRIDGES TO THE CROSS
Hooray, the biennial Mennonite Church USA Convention is
coming up this summer! The convention will be on July 4-8,
2011. The theme this year is “Bridges to the Cross” and the
Scripture text is 2 Corinthians 5:16-20. Pittsburgh, known as the
City of Three Rivers, is connected by 446 bridges – the theme
will address both bridges of reconciliation within the Church and
bridges from the Church to the broader culture. Please consider
being a delegate this year! There will also be fun and exciting
opportunities and programs for Youth, Junior Youth, and children
of all ages.
