Yearling Nomination Form
To nominate a yearling, the following requirement must be met:

The yearling must be registered AMHA, AMHR or WCMHR.
Yearling MUST have been nominated as a weanling, however did not have to show.
The nomination fee of $25 per Yearling for a member, $50.for a nonmember must be paid by June 1.
Sire and Dam do not have to be nominated for the yearling to show.
A copy of registration paper must be submitted with nomination form and fee.
Use form for all Yearling to be nominated.
