When the mail server becomes 95% full, the system will automatically delete the mails that are older than 150 days and those mails that contain .exe, .mov, .avi, .jpg, .mp3 and other pictures. It is strictly forbidden to store mails, which contain .exe file, movie or pictures, partly because it is not part of the academic work and because it overloads the system. When printing, please make sure that you always check the print preview. You can send the documents from any computers to the printers, however you will need your CEU ID card to retrieve the sent document from the printers. A short user guide is placed above all printers, please follow the instructions when printing. The default setting on all the printers is to print double sided documents, however you can modify this setting on the settings page of the installed printer.
