Biological Sequences Analysis, 2013, MTA
Overview:
The course gives an introduction to the field of sequence
analysis in bioinformatics. During the course various
approaches for sequence analysis, and corresponding tools will
be taught.

Attendance in all lessons*.
Home assignments.
Final exam.
*Note: A student absent from more than 2 lessons will not pass the course.
In case of expected absence, and notification, the lesson may be rescheduled.
Prerequisites:
Passing the course: Molecular biology and gene expression.

Grade structure:
10% - home assignments (obligatory submission)
10% - participation and display of knowledge in class
(attendance is obligatory)
