Start your season off by learning proper technique and training taught by former Olympians and All-Americans.
Videotape analysis and mechanical assessment of all participants.

 Start and Acceleration, Mechanics / Proper Hurdle Technique , Hurdle Drills / Hurdle Training ,

 Acceleration/Maximum controllable speed, Take off, Landing, Jumping Drills/Proper Jumping Technique
Throws (Shot Put, Discus, Javelin):
 Proper position, progression training, grip and release, drills/mechanics, body awareness, identifying technique

$60 Students
$50 Coaches
Team Discount (min 5 people) $10 off per person & coach may attend for free.
