A. ELIGIBLE REQUIREMENTS
1. A level of education which corresponds to completed university studies attested by a diploma,
when the normal period of university education is 4 years or more OR completed university
studies attested by a diploma and appropriate professional experience after these studies of at
least 1 year when the normal period of university education is at least 3 years
2. At least 6 years of appropriate professional experience after completion of the above mentioned
studies ain in addition to the experience required at point 1. above
3. Be national of one of the Member States of the of the European Union or Norway
4. Have fulfilled any obligations imposed by the applicable laws concerning military service
5. Thorough knowledge of one of the official languages of the European Union and a satisfactory
knowledge of another of these languages to the extent necessary for the performance of the
required duties (Language and level: 1. Very good – 2. Good – 3. Average)

14. Experience in management of infrastructure and logistics in an EU body,
15. Knowledge of processes and tools for inventory
16. Experience in managing reform processes.
17. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
18. Command of other EU languages, particularly Portuguese.
