Bronze Honor Roll Chapter 75-120 points
Silver Honor Roll Chapter 121-170 points
Gold Honor Roll Chapter 171-220 points
*To be considered for any of the categories, a chapter must have completed all of the
starred items on the first page of this report. In addition to the starred items, a chapter
may choose any combination of the activities/ projects listed to receive the necessary
points for an Honor Roll Chapter. Explanations MUST be given when asked and must be
only in the space provided. No additional pages or extra documents will be used. NO
activity or project may be counted for credit in more than one category.
