Delivery and installation of process benches
as well as clean room compatible equipment
including accessories for various process
stags, such as etching and lithography for 4,
6 and 8 inch wafers in accordance with
specifications. The system should principally
be suitable for the cleaning and wet
chemical treatment of Si substrates. The
suitability for industrial use of the system
configuration and components to be delivered
must be proven. Including delivery and
installation of peripheral equipment required for
the specified operation, training of the operating
personnel, provision of service and materials if
the equipment and process bench require
servicing, including maintenance and provision of
replacement parts. The scope of delivery
includes: 2 wet process benches for
“lithography”, wet process bench “etching”, wet
process bench “coating”, wet process bench “HF
etching”. Accessories such as cleaning machine,
laboratory shelf, acid and caustic solution cabinet,
solvent cabinet, laboratory refrigerator, freezer
etc as well as initial fitting out for operation of the
wet process benches.

Delivery and installation of a wet process
bench with handling system and accessories
for the production of GaN based LED
structures in accordance with specifications.
Areas of use of the tendered installations will be
wet chemical processes for GaN based epitaxy
wafers as well as the metal-plating of, for
example, contact surfaces by way of galvanic
precipitation. This is a partially contiguous system
of several wet process installations to be installed
in a clean room. All the installations described
below must be clean room compatible. Particular
value must be attached to economic operation.
