Resuspension of Plexor™ Primers Instructions
Dry oligos:
1.
2.
Primers containing iso-dC must be stored at a pH greater than 7.0. The Promega Plexor™ Systems
(www.promega.com/plexorresources) include MOPS/EDTA Buffer (1mM MOPS, 0.1mM EDTA, pH
7.4) for resuspension and dilution of primers. The MOPS/EDTA Buffer may also be purchased
separately from Promega Corporation as Cat.# Y5101).
Primers can be diluted to 25X primer stock solutions in MOPS/EDTA Buffer and stored at –20°C as
individual primers or as primer sets. For most Plexor™ assays, the 25X concentrations should be 5µM
(200nM at 1X).
