The following communication, received on 27 January 2010, is being circulated at the request of
the delegation of Argentina.
Sanitary regulations for the importation into Argentina of ratites for breeding
The draft "Sanitary regulations for the importation into Argentina of ratites for breeding" amending the
sanitary requirements for the importation into Argentina of ratites for breeding, notified in document
G/SPS/N/ARG/94 of 13 September 2006, has been adopted as National Agriculture and Food Quality
and Health Service (SENASA) Resolution No. 869/2010.
The measure was published in the Official Journal of the Argentine Republic on 10 December 2010 and
