METHOD:

The Strategic Plan will outline how the school intends to reach each of these


The Annual Plan will outline the key targets each year, who is accountable and how
progress will be measured.

The school will select 3 specific goals each year: one innovative, one caring and one
excellence. Each of these will have a clear target which will be reported on in the
Statement of Variance.

