Come early, Stay Late. All registrants and their guest are invited to join the Grand Chancellor & Grand Worthy
Counsellor for a special reception to kick-off the Workshop activities. . Lots of fun and laughter. Food, drinks
and games will be provided. An overview of workshop activities will be given at this time.
Workshop Registration, Lunch & Banquet
Early Registration $50.00
All members attending the workshop are expected to register to participate in the meetings. To be eligible for early
registration fees, we must receive your completed registration form and payment on or before February 5, 2016.
Registration will be charged a late fee ($55.00) if received between Feb. 6th – 12th. After February 12th you must register
at the meeting at the rate of $60.00. Telephone and email registrations will not be accepted.

Hotel Accommodations
The Pythian/Calanthe workshop will be held at the Radisson Hotel, 4700 Salisbury Road, Jacksonville, Florida. The
hotel is guaranteeing a rate of $75.00 single or double. Rates subject to 13% state sales and occupancy tax. Reservations
cut-off date is January 18, 2016.
The hotel is located just off of I-95. Traveling North or South on I-95 take Exit 202, J. Turner Butler Blvd. East. Stay to
the far right and turn immediately onto Salisbury Road. The Hotel is located on the right. Please write or call the hotel
directly at (904) 281-9700 to make your reservation. You must identify yourself as attending the Pythian/Calanthe
Workshop to receive the stated room rate.
