WINDY SHORES II ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ____________________________ July 14, 2015 Dear Windy Shores II Owners and Delegates of Record, Windy Shores II Board of Directors has requested that owners and delegates who may be interested in serving their Association as a member of the Board of Directors advise the Board utilizing this Board of Directors Nomination Application Form (provided on the reverse side). The length of the term for the Board of Directors is for three (3) years. The Board of Directors meets approximately four (4) times a year. Also, from time to time, projects are undertaken at Windy Shores II where committees are appointed by the Board President to study issues or projects and provide recommendations for action to the Board. Having a record of owners interested in serving will prove most useful for such occasions. Windy Shores II Board does maintain a policy that committees are created only when such purpose is warranted and the committee is disbanded upon the completion of the purpose intended. We do not have standing committees. We need owners with the interest, time, and willingness to work for Windy Shores II on a volunteer basis. If you feel you can make a contribution, become involved.
