PART-TIME SEASONAL CONCESSION SUPERVISOR
SUMMARY:
The part-time Seasonal Concession Supervisor is responsible for working at the assigned
concession stand, supervising other concession workers, ordering supplies, receiving
monies for purchases, giving correct change, serving food products, and preparing bank
deposits. The employee is under the administrative supervision of the Director of Field
Concessions.
EQUIPMENT/JOB LOCATION:
The employee operates equipment such as, but not limited to, a microwave oven, drink
dispenser, nacho warmer, cash register, computer with cash drawer, mops, brooms, crock
pot, and other related equipment or appliances.
The employee works indoors inside the concession stand and outdoors to maintain the
area around the concession stand.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
Schedules, coordinates, and supervises concession workers.
Trains employees to operate cash registers and various concession equipment.
Opens and closes the concession stand.
Assists in cleaning and maintaining indoor and outdoor concession areas.
Prepares and serves food and drink items to patrons.
Controls inventory levels.
Closes out cash register and prepares deposits.
Stands, bends, stoops, reaches, walks, sits, and lifts and carries concession supplies and
equipment intermittently. Items weighing up to 50 pounds may, with assistance, have to
be lifted and carried a short distance.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
Experience in food service and/or supervision preferred.
Ability to report to work as scheduled and notifies the appropriate individuals in advance
if unable to work.
Literacy in English.
Ability to work a flexible schedule with some holiday and weekend work required.
Ability to communicate effectively with the public and co-workers in a positive manner.
Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions.
Ability to work with minimal daily supervision.
Ability to maintain accurate time sheets and submit them to a designated supervisor in a
timely manner.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Position requires a reliable individual to have customer service skills, positive attitude,
food preparation skills, assist in preparing location and area for day to day operation,
responsible for accurate accounting and all transactions and assist with location inventory
controls. Ability to report to work as scheduled and notifies the appropriate individuals in
advance if unable to work.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain safe working conditions and sanitary work area.
• Maintain accurate cash handling procedures at all times.
• Follow rules and regulations of Farragut Baseball Inc.
• Provide great customer service.
• Interact with customers and clients in a pleasant and professional manner.
WORK CONTACTS:
Contact with Concessions Supervisor, co-workers, customers and clients.
PHYSICAL EFFORT:
This position requires stooping and lifting (up to 50 lbs.), substantial standing and
walking. The employee may be exposed to cleaning chemicals while maintaining indoor
and outdoor concession areas.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Basic working knowledge of food and beverage.
Basic math ability to accurately count and handle money.
Basic food preparation.
Ability to follow directions and effectively perform the work.
Positive attitude and neat appearance.
Must speak and understand English.
Ability to work a flexible schedule with some holiday and weekend work required.
