Catalog Description (40 Word Limit):
Introduces the role of the PN as a provider of care and member of
the profession. Using a concept-based approach, the nursing process, critical thinking, and technology will be
used to introduce evidence-based care to diverse populations. Basic skills, health, wellness, and illness
concepts will be introduced.
