The purpose of this course is to provide students with a firm grounding in
securities market theory, main principles of exchange organization and
securities market regulation, consider different types of financial instruments
and their characteristics.
The students will be able to:
 explain the role of securities market in economy development;
 interpret legislation basis on securities market;
 describe the government role in securities market regulation;
 estimate a company potential for securities issue.
