2010 East Coast Tour Participation Contract
Participation on the 2010 East Coast Tour is a privilege, not a right. With that in mind, the
following is expected from all student participants:
 All student participants are expected to follow all school rules on the tour “24-7”.
 All student participants are expected to follow all requests from the adult chaperones,
tour coordinators, bus drivers, hotel and restaurant personnel, and tour site personnel.
Parents and students must also be aware of the following information:
1. Students must pass all six classes by the end of the Fall semester with a GPA of 2.0 or
better. Two or more failing (F) grades disqualifies a student from participating on the trip. In
addition, students may not have any “U’s” or more than two “N’s” in citizenship at the
semester in order to participate. N’s and U’s due to tardies MAY be reviewed, but Mr.
Nyquist, Mr. Hua, and the Administration have the final say! Grades and citizenship must be
maintained until the trip!
WARNING: Those students that fail to meet these requirements will be dropped from the trip
and lose their deposit!
2. If the behavior of a tour participant endangers their safety, the safety of others, or results in
the destruction of property, that student will be removed from the tour and returned home at
parent expense.
3. Students with serious infractions (multiple referrals, suspension) prior to departure, as
determined by the administration, will be removed from participating and will not receive a
refund!
We have read and understand the expectations, as well as the academic and behavioral
requirements for participation on the 2010 East Coast Tour.

registered for the trip even if you have registered with Apple Tours!
NOTE: if you are registering by mail the registration card and deposit go to Apple
Tours! Do not give registration cards or checks to Mr. Nyquist or Mr. Hua!
