April- 10
(i) Invitation of application for pravesh in scout in 1st week and final
selection
(ii) One Troop / Company meeting at least for Pratham / Dwitiya /
Tritiya sopan onwards .
(iii)Weekly class for pravesh scouts / Guides as per syllabus APROII / APRO-III
(iv) April – 7th WORLD HEALTH DAY to be celebrated.
(v) Implementation of any instruction from Division / State KVS
(vi) C.O.H.
May- 10
(i) At least one Troop / Company meeting for sr. Scouts / Guides
(ii)At least one class for pravesh as per syllabus APRO-II / APRO-III
(iii) Pravesh / Pratham sopan Scouts / Guides to be advised to
maintain a diary of good term done for a month during summer
vacation.
June- 10
(i) Troop / Company meeting at least one for scouts / guides other
than pravesh and advancement as per syllabus APRO-II / APRO-III.
(ii) Dwitiya Sopan Scouts / guides may be advised to visit local, Self
Governed & Govt. Office
(iii) Visit to Gram Panchayat , Municipality & Observe its function,
maintain a diary.
(iv) COH meeting
July-10
(i) Test for Pravesh Scouts / Guides in the first week and
registration of group therefore
(ii) Advancement of syllabus for other scouts / Guides as per
syllabus given in APRO –II & III at least 4 troop / Company
meetings.
(iii) Court of Honour Meeting for investiture of Pravesh Qualified
Scouts / Guides.
(iv) Submission of Group Registratio forms / Prime Minister Shield
Registration etc. From
(v) Implementation of any other instruction from Division / State
KVS.
(vi) Proposal for org. Patrol Trg. Camp at cluster Level (Two days)
Aug-10
(i) Test / Camp for pratham, dwitiya / Tritiya sopan scouts / guides
Selection for Final Tritiya sopan Test – at Divisional level (to be
organized)
(ii)Selection of scouts / Guides for Rajya Puraskar / Rastrapati
Award and completion of formalities (Filling of forms etc.)
(iii)Troop / Company meeting – 4 at least.
(iv)Tritiya sopan Test at Divisional level.
(v) Implementation of any other instruction from Division / State
KVS (H.Q)
(vi) C.O.H. meeting
Sept.- 10
(i)
Participation in Rajya Puraskar at state level
(ii) Advancement of scouts / Guides as per syllabus APRO – 11 & III
(iii) At least 02 Troop / Company meeting / COH Meeting
(iv) 10th Sept pachmarhi Day to be celebrated
Oct- 10
(i)PARTICIPATION IN Rastrapati Puraskar (National / State Level )
(ii) Advancement of scouts / Guides as per syllabus APRO – II & III
(iii) At least 4 troop / Company meetings / meeting of COH
(iv) Observation of 2nd Oct – in befitting manner. All faith prayer /
Sadbhavna day may be observed
(v) Implementation of any instruction from Div / State KVS (H.Q)
Nov- 10
(i)
7th November to be observed as foundation Day BS & G /
flay Day in befitting manner
(ii) Rellis procession may be taken out.
(iii) At least 4 troop meeting and meeting of COH
(iv) Community development work at unit level
(v) Any other instruction from Div / State KVS (H.Q) to be followed
(vi) CO meeting.
Dec-10
(i) At least 4 troop meetings / COH meeting etc.
(ii) Advancement of syllabus as per APRO – II & III
(iii) Annual camp at Division / State level
(iv) Test for proficiency Badges afger H.Y Exam etc.
(v) COH meeting.
Jan-11
(i) Test for Parham Sopan Scouts
(ii) Advancement of syllabus as per APRO – II & III
(iii)At least 2 troop meetings / COH meeting.
(iv) 30 th January – All Faith Prayer
Feb.- 11
(i) At least 2 troop meeting / COH meeting
(ii) Advancement of syllabus as per APRO –II & III
(iii) Test for proficiency Badges after S.E. Examination
(iv) COH meeting
(i) Please go through the split up syllabus (Calendar of activities
2010-11) for scouts / Guides already circulated by the Divisional
office, KVS (Kol).
(ii) Tests and advancement of scouts are to conducted as per the
activity calendar 2010-11. COH meeting is to be held in every
month.
