Course Objectives:
 To make the fellow learners familiar with the fundamentals of Advocacy;
 To Guide in developing ideas and knowledge on this subject;




To make the student-lawyer able to identify and analyze critically the issues
relating to Advocacy;
To persuade the student-lawyer to think independently and to use one’s own
initiative in developing case preparation and research;
To make the student-lawyer confident to submit before court of law and to
develop the presentation skills.
