Lawrence Group Adds Shareholders
ST. LOUIS—Lawrence Group announced the addition of eight new shareholders to the
company: Becky Egan, Sharon Henderson, Joe Meyer, Rob Richardson, Tim Rowbottom,
Ganesh Sathyan, Mary Sue Sutton, and Beth Trueblood. Lawrence Group was founded in
1983 by four individuals (Steve Smith, David Ohlemeyer, Paul Doerner, and Linda
Loewenstein) with a unified vision to realize their clients’ dreams. While the original
founders still remain very active in the business, this next level of leadership along with
current principals (Tom Lekometros, Earl Swisher, Craig Lewis, Laura Conrad, Neal Fister,
Mike Schnaare, Dan Rosenthal, Susan Bruker, Austin Tao, Pete Gass and David
Malushizky) will allow them to actively pursue new development opportunities and focus
on Lawrence Group’s existing developments such as Park Pacific Apartments, the Marquette
Condominiums, Grand Center, and the South Grand Re-Development.

Rebecca Egan, NCIDQ, principal, joined Lawrence Group in 2000 and has over 20
years of healthcare, corporate, and hospitality interior design experience. Representative
clients include: SSM HealthCare, Des Peres Hospital, Stifel Nicolaus, and Hotel Ignacio.
Sharon Henderson, NCIDQ, associate director, who joined Lawrence Group in 1999,
has programmed and designed over 1.5 million square feet of corporate spaces and 1.75
million square feet of multifamily residential spaces in her 25-year career.

Joe Meyer, principal, joined Lawrence Group in 1997 and has designed numerous
nationwide accounts for Cassidy Turley and several national contractors. Joe and his team
provide a variety of services and expertise for the delivery of retail and mixed use tenants
including site analysis, conceptual design, permit drawings and construction
administration. Projects include Edward Jones, H&R Block, America’s Best Contacts &
Eyeglasses and AMC Theatres in more than 30 states throughout the US.
Rob Richardson, Jr., AIA, NCARB, principal of Lawrence Group’s Carolinas office,
has over 20 years of experience ranging from commercial and corporate office to college and
university projects. Recent clients include Davidson College, Central Piedmont Community
College and the YMCA of Greater Charlotte.
Ganesh Sathyan, associate principal, joined Lawrence Group in 1994 and has over
30 years of architectural design expertise with over 27 of those specializing in healthcare
planning and design. He has managed the planning and design of over a million square feet
of healthcare projects and is currently leading the planning and design of the Behavioral
Health Hospital for SSM, St. Louis and an emergency department addition and renovation
for Charlotte Hungerford Hospital in Torrington, CT.
Tim Rowbottom, AIA, NCARB, LEED® AP BD+C, principal, joined Lawrence Group
in 2003. He has managed over $300,000 million in academic projects throughout his
career.

Mary Sue Sutton, NCIDQ, associate director, joined Lawrence Group in 1998 and has
over 25 years of interior design experience for local and national projects. Clients include
Saint Louis University, Cardinal Ritter Senior Services, Gateway EDI and Cassidy Turley.
Beth Trueblood, associate director, joined Lawrence Group in 2007 and has over 30
years of interior design expertise with over 20 of those specializing in healthcare. She is the
project manager and design lead for interiors for the new St. Mary’s Health Center, a $200
million replacement hospital in Jefferson City, Missouri.

represented with this newly-appointed leadership team. They will be working closely with
