a. Question of whether fire dept would be able to use shed from Melotte’s. Would be discussed

a. Parcel split (about 3.27 acres) – 3431 Oak Orchard Rd Andrey & Valentina Pidkalyuk
 Motion by Mike, 2nd by Jacki to approve recommendation for change. Motion
approved & carried.
b. Rezone – 4531 Brookside Rd – R1 to AG & land transfer
 Motion by Mike, 2nd by Jacki to approve the rezone & transfer. Motion approved &
carried.
c. Review/approve liquor license applications
 Motion by Jacki, 2nd by Mike to approve submitted liquor licenses (Class A beer &
liquor for Brookside Shell, Class B Beer & Liquor for Dale & Jane’s, Ray-Ray’s
Bottoms Up & Little Creek Lodge)
d. Discuss & act on road review finding from board road review
 Motion by Jacki, 2nd by Mike to approve finishing Huebscher Rd per county quote.
Motion approved & carried. Board to review road review list & discuss further action
at July meeting. Issue with culvert being filled in by landowner on Kuenzer Beach.
Dennis to send letter.
e. Hazel Lane driveway issue – Two drives very close, review & take action
 Board to do site visit for measurements. Determine course of action at July meeting.
f. Discuss what to do with the property donation of Melotte’s Meats
 County to give town bid on demolition. Will discuss further action at July meeting.
Fire dept will use house for training until torn down.
g. Recycle center closed Saturday July 4th
 Billy & Dan to let people know & sign will be put up at center also.
