Texas NORML
The focus of Texas NORML is to represent, in the
public debate over marijuana policy, the interests
of law-abiding adult citizens in Texas to smoke
marijuana responsibly without threat of criminal or
civil penalties. Texas NORML is the state
representative, as well as the Austin chapter, of the
National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana
Laws. In addition to working on marijuana law
reform, we also focus on public education and
spreading awareness of the issues surrounding

Texans for Medical Marijuana - Home * Texans for Medical Marijuana was a
statewide grassroots organization that began in January of 2004 with a
mission of changing Texas law to protect medical marijuana patients, who
possessed a doctor’s recommendation, from arrest and incarceration. The
organization ceased operations in May 2007. But, Noelle Davis, former
executive director, is pursuing future work in medical marijuana policy and
