End User License Agreement
The following conditions and definitions are used in this end user license agreement:
* "Software" means a Software product, accompanying components and any related documentation.
* "You" means the end user of the Software.
* "We", "us" means Bangkok Guide Ltd., Part.
* "Evaluate Version" means a copy of the Software with limited period of used or is described as “Trial” or “Unregistered” within the
Software program in the about screen or in any other information screen displayed by the program.
* "Registered Version" means a copy of the Software for which a Software License Key has been purchased by the user from Bangkok
Guide Ltd., Part.
* "Software License Key" means a unique identifier that is purchased by the end user exclusively for the use of the end user for the
purpose of providing the end user with a Registered Version of the Software.
This Software is a copyrighted material and is protected by Thai and international copyright laws.
This license is a legal agreement between you, the end user, and Bangkok Guide Ltd., Part. We hereby grant you a non-exclusive license
to use the accompanying copyrighted Software for any legal purpose in accordance with the following conditions:
1. You are permitted to use an Evaluate version of this Software for the duration of the evaluation period as specified in the Software
program to evaluate the Software. If you agree to continue using the Software after evaluation period, you are required to promptly
purchase a Software License Key.
2. For registered licenses you agree not to install or use the Software simultaneously on more computers than you have purchased a
license for.
3. You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, reverse compile or disassembles the Software under any circumstance except to the extent
that law expressly permits such activity.
4. Once you obtain a Software License Key for the Software, you must not publish or distribute the Software License Key and take
reasonable precautions to prevent the Software License Key from being obtained by any third party.
5. You are permitted to reissue the Software License Key for two more times per License purchasing (within 3 years after purchasing)
After you send all completed registration documents to us, we will send you a Software License Key with in 3 working day.
6. Purchasing of Software License Key grants you the authorize to use the software. You have no authority to transfer the license to any
other organizations or individual. The software ownership and copyright belong to Bangkok Guide Ltd.,Part. by any mean.
7. We have no responsibility or guarantee of the quality or reliability of the computer's hardware, operating system, lost of data or data
corruption, pecuniary loss or interruption to business arising from the use, misuse or inability to use the Software.
8. We reserve the right to amend the conditions to use the software without any further notice.
