SWIMMIN HOLES LIMITED WARRANTIES
The Warranty on Pool Shell is for as long as you own your pool.
Pool Shell: Swimmin Holes warrants the concrete shell to free
from structural cracks above and below the water line for as long
the original purchaser owns the pool. Also, that the piping,
skimmers, and main drain installed in and under the pool will hold
water. If a leak or a crack should develop, Swimmin holes will
repair the shell or replace the pipes so they will hold water. If
the work requires repair of the tile, coping or plaster finish they
will be repaired without charge.
Swimmin Holes warranties integral components for a period of
three years.
Coping and tile, Swimmin Holes warrants that all tile applied at
the water line ,on the dam wall and water features and the coping
around the pool perimeter will be free of defects for a period of
three years.
Equipment, Swimmin Holes warranties all pumps, motors, filters,
valves, skimmers, lights (excluding bulbs), ladders, rails, and
diving boards for a period of three years.
Standard interior finish, Swimmin Holes standard interior plaster
finish is warranted for a period of three years, labor and
material.
Pebble Tec interior finish, Swimmin Holes Pebble Tec interior
finish is warranted for a period of five years. The first three are
labor and material years four and five are material only.
Swimmin Holes warranties all other parts and accessories for one
year.
All other parts and accessories and components including decking,
electrical and water fall work installed by Swimmin Holes are
warranted for a period of one year labor and material.
Transfer of warranty
The warranty on the pool shell is transferable one time from to
original purchaser to a new owner. Transfer requires an inspection
of the pool and indoctrination of the new owner (for a fee) by
Swimmin Holes. Component parts and other warranties are not
transferable.
Effective date
All warranties start on the date that the pool is plastered.
Limitations and exclusions
The warranties are effective only if the buyer has complied with
all terms and conditions, payments, and other provisions of the
contract. The warrant(s) do not cover discoloration, staining, or
crazing of the plaster finish, since it is due to the physical and
chemical nature of the plaster, local water conditions lack of or
improper use of chemicals of improper cleaning or maintenance.
Pool purchaser shall be responsible to refill and chemically
balance after service or warrant work.
Walks and decks are not warranted against cracking, chipping,
raising, peeling, setting or discoloration, as these are normal
occurrences in concrete flat work. Hair line cracks and
discoloration of coping and coping joints are normal occurrences
and not considered defects. If the buyer chooses to contract
directly with contractors other than Swimmin holes for decking ,
walls, electrical or any other work buyer understands,
acknowledges, and agrees that Swimmin holes has, and shall have
no responsibility or liability with respect to such work. The pool
purchaser is responsible for installing / maintaining a water proof
joint between areas of pool deck and pool coping. Swimmin Holes
is not liable for incidental or consequential damages caused by any
defect, including leakage. Some states do not allow the exclusions
of limitations or incidental or consequential damage, so the above
limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. The warranties set
forth in the contract are the sole warranties with respect to the
pool structure, equipment, parts, and accessories, and there are
no other warranties, expressed or implied. Defects in the pool or
its equipment resulting in improper use, maintenance, water
chemistry, drainage, or lack of or improper cleaning or
winterization are not covered by the warranty(s) and are the
responsibility or the pool purchaser. Swimmin holes responsibly
under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing the
defective part or refunding the purchaser the price of the item.
Swimmin Holes reserves the right to substitute equipment of
equal valve should the defective item no longer be available.
Pool purchaser responsibility
In order to keep the foregoing warranty in effect you must use,
maintain and winterize the pool, accessories, and equipment in
accordance of the pool industries standards and Swimmin Holes
must be paid in full according to the terms of the contract.
