IN ICE LOGO AGREEMENT
This will serve as an agreement between________________________________, hereinafter referred to as the
"Sponsor" and Lyndon Area Sports Association hereinafter referred to as "LASA".
LASA agrees to provide in ice advertising space (measuring 4’ X 4’ or 4’ X 8’) for the ice area with primary locations
between the blue lines and at the top of each zone for a period of one or three ice seasons, beginning when the
advertising is installed in Fenton Chester Arena. All artwork for this ad will be submitted to LASA, who will then forward
it to a producer for production. All artwork will be approved by the Sponsor and LASA before being produced or placed
in Fenton Chester Arena. Should the Sponsor wish to change the layout of the ad during this contract, it will be at the
expense of the Sponsor. Sponsor is strongly encouraged to include a positive tagline relating to effort, sportsmanship,
teamwork or something similar.
Sponsor agrees to provide The Sign Depot with appropriate artwork and to approve the design in a timely manner. All
artwork and design should be submitted to; The Sign Depot, attn.: Amanda, 5040 Memorial Drive, St. Johnsbury, VT
05819. Telephone; 802-626-0990.
Sponsor selects one the following payment terms for a one or three year period:
_______________Option #1 - Single payment for one season:
Payment of ($750.00 for 4’ X 4’) or ($1,000.00 for 4’ X 8’) will be due upon final approval of the artwork for
production and before advertising is installed in Fenton Chester Arena.
The balance will cover a single ice season period, beginning when the advertising is installed in Fenton Chester
Arena.

______________Option #2 — Single payment for three ice seasons:
Payment of ($2,025.00 for 4’ X 4’) or ($2,700.00 for 4’ X 8’), a 10% discount, will be due upon final approval of the
artwork for production and before advertising is installed in Fenton Chester Arena.
The balance will cover three ice seasons, beginning when the advertising is installed in Fenton Chester Arena.
