Science Week 2005 - Theme With a view to making science more relevant to our everyday lives, the theme for Science Week Ireland 2005 is The Science Behind Entertainment - tapping into the arts and culture to focus on the science behind popular areas of leisure and entertainment namely: Music Movies Sport This is the second year that we've introduced a theme. The reason we do so is to provide a link between all of the activities taking place in Ireland throughout Science Week Ireland. You don't have to use the theme as your event title but it would be fantastic if you could keep it in mind when planning your activities. It may even give you some inspiration and help you focus your event further!
