REVIEW OF LEGAL STUDIES has devoted a conference and a symposium issue to the book
(forthcoming); it was at the center of several panels and colloquia, including a colloquium
at LSE (London School of Economics) and a panel at the Israeli Association of Law and
Society Annual Conference. It will be one of three books to which an upcoming
symposium on Proportionality at Harvard Law School (March 2015) will be devoted. The
