PL Recreation and the PLR PAL Summer Basketball will be adding Additional
Registration Dates:

Flyers are available at the Boro Hall on the table next to the Blue Mailbox in the Lobby
and the PL Teen Center. Fill out the Registration form one form per child per event. Put
a check made out to the PL Recreation for the Total and put it in a envelope and mark it
for recreation. You can also sign up on line at capturpoint.com.
All Sign ups at Pompton Lakes Teen Center (located behind Smiling Rhino Theater)
Summer Camp 2015 for 4 yrs old to 6th grade will be held June 30 to July 24 from 9 to 12
pm. Cost is $235 for 1 child, 2 Children at $300, 3 Children at $355 and any additional
Children $150. $20 Late Fee applies June 16th.
Summer Camp for Middle School- Grades 7, 8 and 9th will be held from July 6th to July
17 from 10 am to 12 pm at the PL HIGH SCHOOL. Cost is $100 for both weeks or $75
for 1 week.- Minimum 15 kids to run this programs
Karate at Porta’s- We offers a spring and summer program. See Flyer for details.
Paddle Boats and Kayak are open on weekends starting May 23 to September 6th from
11 to 3PM. Cost is $8.00 per ½ hour rental. (weather permiting)
Senior Picnic is August 13th at Noon at the PL Elks.
Tennis Lessons are also available through the summer. Four Lessons schedule by you
and the Instructor and will be completed by August. Cost is $70.
Women’s Fun Tennis - Wednesday Nights at Hershfield Park Tennis Courts at 6 PM.
Walking Club will be meeting on Thursday Nights at 7 pm at Hershfield Park Track.
Field Hockey Clinic is June 24, 25, 26, 29 to 30th at 9am to 10:30 am at Hershfield Park.
Grades 2 to 8th grade. Cost is $70. You can register at the above registration date, online
with capturepoint.com or On-Site Registration starts at 8:30 AM.
PLRPAL Basketball InformationBasketball Games start on Monday June 29th at 6 PM. You will play two games per
week Monday thru Thursday. For Details contact Lloyd Kent at Lkent@kitagawaamerica.com.
PL Teen Center News:
The 5th grade graduation dance will be held on Sunday June 14th from 7 to 9 pm.
Teen Center hours for the summer is 1 pm to 10 pm Monday thru Thursday and 1 pm to 6
pm on Friday. Find us on facebook and instagram for up coming events. You must be
register for the Teen Center. Form are available at the TC Desk.
