To carry out TECHNICAL SURVEILLANCE HIGH RISK EQUIPMENT as follows:
1. Steam generators, working at overpressure up to 0,05 MРa including.
2. Water heating generators, working at heating water temperatures up to 110 °C
including.
3. Static installed vessels for fluids from group 2 at overpressure up to 1,6 MPa and
vessels’ wall temperatures up to 200 °С for which the result of capacity multiplication
in litters and maximum limited pressure in MPa do not increase 4000 figures in
accordance to p. 2.2.2.
4. Static installed vessels for fluids from group 1 at overpressure up to 1,6 MPa and
vessels’ wall temperatures up to 200 °С for which the result of capacity multiplication
in litters and maximum limited pressure in MPa do not increase 50 figures.
5. Vessels in the distributors pressure installation in the electrical station and substation.
6. Transportable pressure equipment used for class 2 substances transporting in
according to ADR or RID, excluding that one by point 2.2.9
7. Vessels, intended for storage and class 2 fluids transportation which are periodically
under pressure during their empting.
8. Columns for gas dividing at temperature lower than minus 130°С, as also for the
apparatus directly connected with them – dividing columns heating exchangers,
condensers – evaporators, evaporating vessels, absorbers, filters and other.
9. Refrigerators installations vessels.
10. Static installed vessels for hydrocarbon condensed gases for gas supplying of gas
equipment and installation – paragraph 15.
11. Static installed bottles for storage of condensed, compressed or dissolved under
pressure gases.
12. Pipeline with external diameter 76 mm and higher and transporting area temperature
over 115°С up to 250°С or pressure over 0,07 Mpa up to 1,6Mрa including.
13. Pipeline with external diameter 76 mm and higher and transporting area temperature
from 250°С up to 350°С or pressure over 1,6 Mpa up to 4,0 Mрa including.
14. Pipeline with external diameter 76 mm and higher and transporting area temperature
from 350°С up to 450°С or pressure over 4,0 Mpa up to 8,0 Mрa including.
15. Equipment, installation and pipeline for condensed hydrocarbon gas supplying of
installation and gas installation in administrative, residential and public buildings and
construction site.
16. Gas – main, gas installation, gas regulating station, combustible installation, bottles, gas
and other installation in administrative, residential and public buildings and construction site.
17. Distributing gas – mains of natural gas distributing company and relevant equipment.
18. Automobile gases installation for compressed natural gas or condensed hydrocarbon
gas.
19. Gas laboratories equipment and installation.
20. Gas installation for tourism.
21. State acetylene installation with working pressure higher than 0,05 MPa for which the
pressure product in MPa and capacity in dm3 and does not increase 30 figures.
22. Acetylene installation with working pressure lower than 0,05 MPa.
23. Bottle installation for acetylene supplying.
24. Acetylene metal pipeline from station, generators or bottle supplying installation.
25. Manual operation loading capacity cranes with loading capacity up to 5 t and railway
roads which are relevant.
26. Manual operation loading capacity cranes with moving mechanism and pneumatic or
hydraulic lifting cylinder with loading capacity up to 5 t and railway roads which are relevant.
27. Cantilever crane
28. Jibs and columns crane with load capacity up to 1 t and railway roads which are
relevant.
29. Level lifting crane with fixed boom without loading carriage or mechanism for rotation
or moving.

35. Pallets, baskets, containers, except specific devices used in the metallurgic manufacture
and general purpose transporting containers.

37. Floor control bridge crane with loading – capacity up to 5 t and railway roads which are
relevant.
