Dear Graduate Applicant:
Thank you for your interest in the School Psychology Educational Specialist (Ed.S) Program offered as a
joint program between the Psychology Department and the Department of Counseling, Educational, and
Developmental Psychology. We are a NASP Approved Program and require two years of full time study plus
a full time year of internship. Enclosed with this letter are materials you will need to submit in support of
your application. To make the application process efficient and expedient, a checklist is provided below for
your use as you gather together your application materials. Completed applications must be submitted by
March 1st in order to be considered, we consider applications for an early admission by January 15th. We
ordinarily mail letters informing applicants of admission, wait-list status, or non-admission by April 15th.
Note that there are two parts to the application: (1) Materials sent to the Graduate Studies Office; and (2)
Materials sent to the Director of the School Psychology Program (you may mail to 135 Martin Hall or
scan/email to Psychology@ewu.edu). For information regarding tuition, fees, and prerequisites, refer to
