2008 P.R.E. REVISION FOR BASIC BREEDING APPROVAL
Revision Fees $250 per horse presented.
Insurance Levy $30 Total $280.
Valoration Information
Requirements:
 Payment to be Received $250
 Insurance to be Paid $30 & Waiver Signed
 International Application for Service to be completed
#Code 206 - 1st Inspection
#Code 218 - If the horse is being re-presented.
 Passport – You must hold the passport for the horse you are
presenting, please bring it to the venue with your horse.
No Passport – No Revision
Failure to present the passport with the horse will mean the LG PRE
ANCCE representative will not view the horse under any circumstances.
Revision Procedure
 The horse will have the microchip scanned.
 Verify the description diagram and microchip number in the Passport.
 Take blood for DNA sample cards.
 Measure height and body dimensions.
 View horse for conformation type and disqualifying traits.
 Complete paperwork
 Inform Owner of the outcome.
If passed the LG PRE ANCCE authorized representative will add a sticker to
the passport verifying that the horse is APTO for Basic Breeding Approval.
 The passport is returned to the owner.
Please note a failed horse can be represented again at a future date, but will
not be eligible if failed for a second time.
Disqualifying Traits
Horses will fail the valoration if they:
Do not achieve the minimum height.
Females 150cms
Males 152 cms
Have a fallen Crest
Have a ewe neck
Are Monorchid or Cryptorchid
Equine Influenzaand Biosecurity
All states have different criteria for EI status. NSW and QLD states still require
permits for movements of horses.
Please make sure you have your permits/waybill.
The venues have been registered and Owners Biosecurity Guidelines have been
emailed.
Victoria and WA require an Events participation Declaration Form to be
completed and signed, this has also been emailed to you.
Please make sure you bring this completed Events Participation
Declaration Form to the revision with you, where it will be collected by the
Biosecurity Steward.
We have been working with ACPRE to organize this revision please see the
Itinerary set out below, any changes or unexpected delays will be forwarded on
to participants.
Itinerary for Revision 2008
Monday 19th May pm. The LG PRE ANCCE representative will fly into
Brisbane from NZ. The time will be confirmed once flight information is
received. The horses in southern QLD will be viewed at the Pomona
Showgrounds on this night under lights.
Tuesday 20th May- Fly to Far North QLD – Venue Mareeba Rodeo
Grounds, (Kerribee Park) Fly back to Sydney in the afternoon.
Wednesday 21st May- NSW 1st Venue – Hills District Pony Club Grounds
Gilbert Road, Castle Hill, in the morning, travel on to second venue, Gotico
Park Stud at Blayney.
Thursday 22nd May,- Evaluate horses at Gotico Park then travel on to
Canberra to fly to Victoria
Friday 23RD May – Victoria 1st Venue – Werribee Park National Equestrian
Centre early morning and travel on to 2nd Venue – El Caballero Stud
(Kooweerup) for valoration in the afternoon, if not completed horses can be
viewed on the morning of the 24th May before flying to SA.
Saturday 24th May – SA Venue – El Talentos Stud. Then fly on to WA
later the same afternoon.
Sunday 25th May – WA Venue – Brookleigh Equestrian Centre (Swan
Valley)
Monday 26th May -LG PRE ANCCE representative flies back home to
Spain.
Times will be forwarded as flight information is confirmed
