Terms & Conditions
1)
Tender fee of Rs. 500.00 (Non-Refundable) must be submitted along
with Technical Offer in shape of DD/Call Deposit in favor of IST. Offers without
tender fee/receipt will be rejected.
2)
Delivery: Free delivery at IST Store.
3)
Payment: Through Cheque after satisfactory delivery.
4)
Offer shall be made as per our demanded specifications or equivalent.
5)
The case will be finalized on package deal basis; however each item
must be quoted separately. Any bid not offering all items will be rejected.
6)
The bids must be submitted with detailed technical specifications of
offered items.
7)
Quotations should be accompanied with bid bond equivalent to 02% of
total bid value in the form of pay order/ call deposit/ Demand draft in favor of
IST-Islamabad. No offer will be entertained without bid bond.
8)
All Taxes will be applicable as per Govt. rules.
9)
Delivery: within 30 days after issuance of purchase order.
10)
Validity: 90 days.
11)
Standard guarantee/warranty.
12)
Items must be quoted as per user requirement/sample. Before
submitting any offer, bidder must consult the concerned user regarding any
query/specifications. No changes in the offer will be accepted later on.
13)
Offers will be evaluated in a manner that brings value for money to the
Organization.
14)
Quantity of required items may be increased or decreased as per
requirements.
15)
Bids are required to be delivered at procurement department ISTIslamabad latest by 11:30 hours on/ before 25-Nov-2014. Tenders will be
opened on same date at 12:00 hours in the presence of bidders who desire to
attend.
