another participant (approximately $85 USD/night/person x 5 nights;
includes breakfasts).
If accepted into the workshop, I would prefer my own room and will
cover all of the costs for this single room myself (approximately $170
USD/night x 5 nights, includes breakfasts).

ITMEMS4 conference hotel no later then late afternoon of December 8,
and would be responsible for your own return afterwards – leaving
Guadeloupe after mid-day of December 14 or later).
