2015 DUES INSTRUCTIONS

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FCE TREASURERS
Local FCE Treasurer
 Each member shall fill out and sign a 2015 Membership Form.
 Senior membership fee applies to anyone that will be eighty (80) by 12/31/14. The birth date
must be included on the membership form.
 Check each membership form for accuracy, legibility and the signature.
 Submit money, signed renewal forms, the “FCE dues and contribution form” form to the
County Treasurer.
 Keep a list of members for your records.
 Collect club, county, state and national dues for each member.
 Complete the FCE Dues and Contribution Report form for your FCE.
 Send the following to the County Treasurer:
o FCE Dues and Contribution Report form,
o 2015 signed Membership forms
o Submit a check for dues and contributions & to county treasurer by
October 1, 2014.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR COUNTY TREASURER
County FCE Council Treasurer

Distribute to each FCE and Independent member the following:
o 2015 Membership form (one for each member)
o KAFCE Dues and Contribution Report form
o Instructions for Treasurers


Ask the FCE treasurers to check all completed forms for accuracy and legibility.
Receive dues money, 2015 membership forms, the Dues and Contribution Report form,
from FCE treasurers and Independent members by October 1, 2014. Please check
membership forms against the list of members to make sure you have a membership form
for each person listed.
Complete the COUNTY DUES AND CONTRIBUTION REPORT FORM for the
county.
Send the Dues and Contribution Report form, 2015 signed Membership Forms, and one
check for dues, contributions to the KAFCE State Treasurer by November 1, 2014 or
deliver at the 2014 State Conference in Parsons, Ks.
Make one check payable to KAFCE. A late fee of $1.50 per member will be assessed
if postmarked after November 15.



