1982- : Free lance translator of Japanese-language documents and essays in
the fields of electronics, computer hardware and software, and electro-mechanics
("mechatronics"), as well as steel making, plastic injection molding and mold
making, PCB assembly line equipment (including robots), biochemistry,
automobiles, and corporate quality control procedures for clients (via agencies)
including IBM Japan, Omron (Tateishi), Sony, Sanyo, Mitsui Bussan, Pioneer,
Yamaha, Fujitsu, Mazda, Honda, Toyota, Nissan, and Denso. In recent years, I
have translated many procedures documents for companies for their overseas
plants.
