Kuvenev A.A. Features of structure of convexital part of dura mater of human’s brain In the last few years one of reasons of intensive study of structure of dura mater of human’s brain is application of it as plastic material in the different spheres of surgery. To the present tense the systematized information about the features of microscopic structure, about a location and direction of collagen and elastic fibres in different parts of dura mater of human’s brain is absent, taking about the presence of сells in composition of dense fibrous connective tissue of dura mater of human’s brain . The aim of this research was to study the features of structure of convexital part of dura mater of human’s brain. Material and research methods. Research was carried out on 37 dura mater of human’s brain, taken at dead bodies in age from 17 to 89 years during the leadthrough of medico-legal dissection on the base of morgue of the Lugansk bureau of medico-legal examination. From positions of modern histology dura mater of human’s brain is dense regular fibrous connective tissue (fibrous membrane), basis of which is made by a mainly collagen and, in less degree, elastic fibres, and also clamping their intercellular matrix Researches were executed in three basic areas of convexital part of dura mater of human’s brain : front, middle and back. A parasagittal area, adjoining to the overhead sagittal sinuses, was additionally selected in each of these areas. In each of them the series of microslides prepared on the generally accepted scheme. Cuts by the thickness of 7-9 µm, stain by hematoxylin-eosin and on Van-Gizon method. Histological research was conducted by the microscope of Olympus Sx-41, digital camera of Olympus SP 500UZ, personal computer, equipped a videotuner. Photomicrographs got increases in a few modes: with the use of lenses of Plan C N 10х /0.65 ∞/0.17/FN22, Plan C N 40х /0.65 ∞/0.17/FN22 and approaching of lens of zoom 132. Results and their discussion. It is set as a result of the research of convexital part of dura mater of human’s brain, that it is formed the dense regular fibrous connective tissue , which is presented mainly collаgen fibres, a few elastic fibres, cells of connective tissue, mainly, fibroblasts and fibrocytes, and amorphous intercellular substance. Bundles of collаgen fibres and lying between them fibroblasts and fibrocytes arrange in set procedure in a few layers one above other. In every layer the wavybend bundles of collagen fibres go parallell one-way, not consilient with direction of collagen fibres in nearby layers. The separate bundles of fibres pass from one layer in other, linking them between itself. Except for the bundles of collagen fibres, in convexital part of dura mater of human’s brain elastic fibres are exposed at staining of on Van-Gizon method. At research of dura mater of human’s brain its stratified structure is exposed. At consideration of cuts of dura mater of human’s brain outside it is inward possible to select the followings layers: integumentary periblast, covering dura mater of human’s brain and transitory, probably, on the trabeculas of epidural space and formative the internal covering of bones of vault of skull; internal collаgen layer, being, in same queue, from a few layers of collаgen fibres and, in fact, being basis of framework of dura mater of human’s brain; the internal integumentary layer of squamous polygonal cells of type of endothelia or in separate areas by the amorphous component of intercellular substance of the dense regular fibrous connective tissue dura mater of human’s brain. Conclusions. It is set that dura mater of human’s brain is formed the dense regular fibrous connective tissue with proper all of the tools of this type of tissue: by collаgen and elastic fibres, sells of connective tissue, mainly, fibroblasts and fibrocytes, and intercellular ground substance also. The location of collаgen fibres in convexital part of dura mater of human’s brain is strictly well-organized, with a strict orientation depending on the functional loadings which carry the different areas. The features of structure of front, middle and back third of convexital part of dura mater of human’s brain, features of structure of parasagittal area, are exposed. Exposed and in theory possibility of stratification of convexital part of dura mater of human’s brain and possibility of its use is grounded as plastic material.
