1. CALL TO ORDER / PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE / ROLL CALL:
Meeting called to order by President Allee at 6:00 pm with Pledge of Allegiance & roll call.
2. GENERAL COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC:
Joe Bechelli was concerned the Board was going to go into Closed and would make a vote
on the Notice of Intent. Gene Quarton once again spoke in favor of fixing the existing Plant
instead of moving. Pat Pereira says to look at the County and how we are not
considered a disadvantaged community regarding funding.
3. CONSENT CALENDAR:
a) Approval of SEPTEMBER Minutes & Financial Statement & Motion to Pay Bills. Director
Gleason motioned, Robertson seconded, all approved.
4. BOARD / STAFF COMMENTS:
a) Notice of Intent scheduled for tonight has been put on hold.
b) Signed bid contract for Campbell’s Construction to replace sewer lines in town.
c) One of the plant operators has gone to work for Oakdale WWTP.
5. NEW BUSINESS: Discussion and possible action - NONE
6. CLOSED SESSION: Board went into Closed Session at 6:39 p.m.
Closed session pursuant to Gov. Code Section 54957.8 – Planning
7. OUT OF CLOSED SESSION: Board returned from Closed Session at 7:42 p.m.
General Manager Mike Fischer stated that there was no reportable action.
8. ESTABLISHMENT OF NEXT MEETING: EARLY - Wed., Nov. 18, 2015 at 6:00 p.m
9. ADJOURNMENT: Meeting was adjourned at 7:45 p.m. by President Allee.
