Players, Managers and their Parents
Are Invited To Participate in
Parents’ Night
Parents’ Night is a special night when we acknowledge the involvement and support of
parents of players and managers in the current season. This season, Parents’ Night is
scheduled for
Tuesday, August 19, 2014
At Beryl Newman Stadium
Before and During the Varsity Game
At about 4:30 PM, we would like parents of the Varsity parents to meet their players and
managers at the south side of the field, near the concession stand. You will be arranged in
order of your player’s or manager’s class, beginning with coaches and seniors. Prior to
the start of the game Varsity players managers and coaches will be announced. The
announcer will begin to read the Parents’ Night announcement, introducing players,
managers and parents. Players, managers and their parents will walk along the track, on
the east side of the field. You will line up until all players, managers and their parents
have been introduced.
During half time, we would like parents of the JV and freshman parents to meet their
players at the south side of the field, near the concession stand. You will be arranged in
order of your player’s or class. The announcer will begin to read the Parents’ Night
announcement, introducing players and parents. Players and their parents will walk along
the track, on the east side of the field. You will line up until all players and their parents
have been introduced.
To make the introduction of each player, manager and parent possible, we need you to
confirm that you will be present on Parents’ Night.
After the game all players, managers, coaches and guardians are welcome to stay for a
cookout to meet other parent’s and the coaching staff.
